Misha Broikou

Hi, Hello, Welcome!

I am a Graphic, UI, and Identity Designer in Burlington, VT. In addition to my passion for creating visual naratives that align with a team’s vision for their brand; I’m also an illustrator!

I belive the strongest identities are ones with hand drawn elements which add personalization and life to their causes. I’m interested in an immersive and collaborative design environment that can help me broaden my skills as a young professional. Recently I’ve helped out Solidarity of Unbridled Labour and 1% for the Planet. I’m excited to learn more about you, your team and how I can help bring a lot of you into your cause.

There’s more to come, this site is currently under construction. 🚧

Black Surfing Association

Brief: Create an identity and tools for the Black Surfing Association; a non-profit in Far Rockaway, NY. The organization provides surfboards and gear to children who need them. They hold daily lessons and free events to keep kids active while constantly following their passion. The goal is to keep surfing and skating as accessible as possible.

Solution: I developed a new brand identity, including deliverables. To align with the BSA’s mission, I also had the opportunity to create a concept for a donation stand formed from a shipping container. The space provides an accessible way for children to give and take what they need without having to leave the beach.
